【Abstract】 The optimal condition for Temperaria chensinensis polysaccharides(TCPS) extraction from the head of Chinese forest frog was with 20% of enzyme preparation, at pH 9 0 and 50℃ for 6 hours, which was determined through the positive crossing test. The yield of TCPS crude product was about 1 4%,which was 2～3 times higher than other conditions.更多还原
