内燃机曲轴扭转振动微机测量系统
Development of Computer Testing System of Crankshaft Torsional Vibration
【摘要】 研究开发了应用PC机对曲轴扭振进行数字化测量的系统 ,介绍了该测量系统的工作原理、技术特点 ,并对六缸四冲程增压柴油机的曲轴扭振进行了实际测量。结果较好地反映了该发动机曲轴扭振的实际情况。由于采用了PC机及并行通讯接口 ,实现了数字化测量 ,提高了测量精度 ,具有很好的实时性。
【Abstract】 A new testing system is developed for internal combustion engine crankshaft torsional vibration.Its working principle,technical features and measurement results are also presented.A test of a turbo charged diesel crankshaft torsional vibration is made.The system realizes digital testing,improves the testing accuracy and makes the result much more a reality because PC and parallel data interface are used.
