基于遗传算法的板材分段成形过渡区的优化设计
GA-based Optimization of Transition Region for Section Forming
【摘要】 过渡区设计是板材分段成形的关键技术。针对把过渡区设计视为一个最优化问题 ,本文提出了基于遗传算法 (GeneticAlgorithms)的过渡区设计方案 ,论述了利用遗传算法对过渡区进行设计的原理及实现方法。实验证明 ,利用遗传算法设计过渡区可以有效地抑制分段成形缺陷的产生 ,提高成形效率。
【Abstract】 Transition region design is the key technique of sheet section forming.Transition region design is an issue of optimization.In this paper,a method for transition region design based on Genetic Algorithms(GA) is proposed and the basic steps on designing transition region with GA is discussed.Experiments show that transition region designed with GA can effectually restrain defects of section forming and improve forming efficiency.
