尼龙6与ABS共混物相容特性(英文)
Properties of Compatibilized Nylon 6/ABS Polymer Blends
【摘要】 尼龙 6与聚丙烯腈 丁二烯 苯乙烯 (ABS)共混物是在双螺杆挤出机上制备的 ,用马来酸酐聚合物和固体环氧树脂 (双酚A型 )作为这些共混物的相容剂。通过研究它们拉伸、扭矩、冲击性质和形态描述添加相容剂后的效果 ,结果表明 ,环氧树脂和马来酸酐聚合物的加入增强了尼龙 6与ABS之间的相容性。
【Abstract】 Nylon 6/poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)(ABS) blends were prepared by a twin-screw extruding machine. Maleic anhydride (MA) copolymer and solid epoxy resin (bisphenol type-A) were used as compatibilizers for these blends. The effects of compatibilizers addition were studied via tensile, torque, impact properties tests and morphology examination. The results show that the additions of epoxy and MA copolymer into nylon 6/ABS blends appeared to enhance the compatibility between nylon 6 and ABS.
