【Abstract】 This paper proposes a thinning algorithm based on reserving the central skeleton of characters. In this algorithm, only a 3×3 template is used to judge the connectivity quickly. Finally an improved algorithm aiming at a practice problems of handwritten numerals is given.更多还原
