【Abstract】 We used RT PCR method to obtain MT 1 cDNA from Mouse Balb/C liver. And we have cloned the MT 1 cDNA fragment into the BamH1/EcoR1 of pUC19 and finished the sequencing of the fragment. We found that it corresponded to the sequence given by the reference.更多还原
