【摘要】 目的　观察人结肠癌淋巴管的形态结构 ,探讨淋巴道转移机制。方法　取手术后人结肠癌标本 2 0例 ,制备树脂包埋块半薄切片 ,光镜观察定位及超薄切片电镜观察。结果　癌肿中心区未见淋巴管 ,周围区有较多淋巴管和淋巴管内皮细胞变性 ,高尔基体和溶酶体数量增多 ,粗面内质网扩张、脱颗粒 ,内皮间连接开放 ,并可见部分内皮细胞破坏溶解。结论　结肠癌淋巴管转移可能通过内皮连接开放和对内皮细胞的破坏溶解作用进入淋巴管管壁更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe morphologic structure of human lymphatic vessels in colon carcinoma,discuss the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis.Methods With 20 postoperative samples of colon carcinoma,resin embedded semi thin section were prepared for observation of location under optical lens and ultrathin section under electron lens.Results There was no lymphatic vessels in central area of tumor,but around it there were many with endotheliocytic changes.Meanwhile the number of Golgi bodies and lysosome increased with rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum dilation,degranulation,open endothelial junction and part of endothelial cells were damaged and dissoluted.Conclusion In colon carcinoma cancer cell metastasis through lymphatic vessels may enter lymphatic walls through open endothelial junction and distribution,dissolution of endothelial cells.更多还原
