【摘要】 目的　分析各种原因引起的干骺端致密带征X线及临床表现。方法　在 10 0 0例儿童腕、膝关节X线片中寻找具有干骺端致密带征的病例 ,并进行分析。结果　发现 31例有干骺端致密带征 ,根据X线表现和临床资料分析由 7种原因所致。结论　干骺端致密带征缺乏特异性 ,其原因的确定要借助X线表现和密切结合临床进行诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the radiographic and clinical manifestration of metaphysial dense band sign.Methods Cases with metaphysial dense band sign were searched out from radiographs of wrist and knee of 1000 hospitalized children for analysis.Results 31 cases were found to have metaphysial dense band sign.According to X ray manifestration and clinical data,there were 7 causes.Conclusion With no specificity the diagnosis of its causes must be supported by X ray manifestration in close combination with clinical practice.更多还原
