【摘要】 目的　了解专家门诊初诊患者的疾病分布。方法　对北京大学精神卫生研究所 2 0 0 0年 1～ 6月专家门诊的初诊患者进行统计分析 ,并按 CCMD-2 -R疾病诊断标准进行分类。结果　共统计 1 531例 ,疾病分布以神经症最高 34 .68% ,情感性精神障碍次之 1 3.1 3% ,精神分裂症 1 0 .2 5%居第三位。结论　专家门诊初诊病人的疾病分布与疾病的患病率 ,诊断标准的修订 ,社会心理等诸多因素有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the distribution of mental diseases in the first out-patients in the psychiatric specialist clinic.Method The first out-patients were classified by the different diagnosed diseases.Result In 1531 out-patients,neurosis was the first(74.68%),mood disorder was the second(13.13%),schizophrenia was the third(10.25%).Conclusion The distribution of the first out-patient diseases was related to the morbidity of the disease in psychiatric specialist clinic.更多还原
