【摘要】 目的　比较不同职业和文化程度的精神分裂症行为障碍的差异。方法　病例来自 1 995年 5月～ 1 996年 6月 6省 1市 7所精神病院中正在住院的患者 ,符合 CCMD-2精神分裂症的诊断标准 ,随机抽样 ,凡用 2～ 6个字能准确表达一种行为障碍形式者即列为 1项 ,用自制半定式调查表登记 ,并按不同职业和文化程度作统计分析 ,共计 3 0 0 0例。结果　有明显行为障碍者 2 93 4例 (97.8% ) ,按不同职业比较发生率较高的 2 1项行为障碍中 1 5项有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,1项有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5) ;不同文化程度比较 2 1项行为障碍中 9项有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,4项有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5)。结论　不同职业和文化程度精神分裂症行为障碍的差异明显 ,尤以不同职业为甚更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference of the behavioral disturbances in 3000 schizophrenics of diffrent occupations and cultural levels.Methods 3000 inpatients with schizophrenia met with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Classification of Mental Deases-Ⅱ(CCMD-2)were chosen from 7 mental hospitals of 6 provinces and 1 municipality during 1995,5～1996,7.In 3000 patients,a form of their behavioral distunbance that can be explained accurately by 2～6 words would be counted as an item,sampled mechanically,registered with semi-structured survey table designed by ourselves,and carried out the statistical analysis according to their different occupations and cultural levels.Results In these patients,there were obvious behavioral disturbance in 2394 cases(97.8%).In the comparison according to their different occupations,there are 15 items with more obvious difference(P<0.01)and one item with obvious difference(P<0.05)in 21 items of the behavioral disturbances occurred in high frequency.In the comparison according to their different cultural levels,there are 9 items with more obvious difference(P<0.01)and 4 items with obvious difference(P<0.05)in 21 items of the behavioral disturbonces.Conclusion There is the obvious difference in comparison of the behavioral disturbances of schizophrenics with different occupations and cultural levels,especially in the patients with different occupations.更多还原
