酯交换法合成碳酸二苯酯的研究进展
THE PROGRESS OF THE SYNTHESIS OF DIPHENYL CARBONATE BY TRANSESTERIFICATION
【摘要】 碳酸二苯酯是重要的有机中间体 ,广泛应用于塑料工业。酯交换法合成碳酸二苯酯是替代光气合成的新型绿色合成方法。本文从催化剂和反应工艺及设备两个方面回顾了酯交换法合成碳酸二苯酯的研究进展 ,比较了各种催化合成方法的优劣 ,并对将来该产品的应用前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Diphenyl carbonate is an important intermediate in plastic industry. Synthesis DPC by transesterification is an novel method substitued for conventional phosgene method. In this paper, the catalyst and synthetic technology for the synthesis of DPC are reviewed with 17 references. Various synthetic technologies are compared and the outlook of DPC’s application is forecast in the paper.
