【摘要】 介绍了以 2 ,6 -二叔丁基苯酚、丙烯酸甲酯进行加成反应制取β-( 3,5 -二叔丁基 -4 -羟基苯基 )丙酸甲酯 ,再由 β-( 3,5 -二叔丁基 -4 -羟基苯基 )丙酸甲酯和十八碳醇在催化剂的作用下进行酯交换合成抗氧剂 1 0 76的方法 ,并确定了最佳的工艺条件 ,且产品收率大于 92 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the methed of using 2,6 ditertiary butyl phenol and methyl acrylate to attain β (3,5 di t butyl 4 hydroxy phenyl)methyl proionate by addition reaction,and using β (3,5 di t butyl 4 hydroxy phenyl)methyl propionate and octadecyl alcohol to synthetic irganox 1076 in the presence of catalyst.The optium process condition if found,The production yield is over 92%.更多还原
