LD抽运Cr4+,Nd3+∶YAG晶体获得1.4W自调Q激光输出
LD Pumped Cr4+, Nd3+∶YAG with Self-Q-switched Laser Output of 1.4 W
【摘要】 用激光二极管 (LD)抽运Cr4 +,Nd3+∶YAG晶体获得了 1 0 6 4μm的自调 Q激光输出。激光输出模式为稳定的单纵模 ,抽运阈值功率为 3 5W ,脉冲宽度为 5 0ns,斜率效率高达 2 0 %。当输入的抽运功率为 10 8W时 ,获得了 1 46W的自调Q激光输出。随着抽运功率的变化 ,脉冲宽度基本上保持不变 ,而重复率则在变化。
【Abstract】 By using LD as a pumping source, the self-Q-switched laser of Cr,Nd∶YAG crystal is demonstrated. The output Q-switched traces are very stable. The threshold pumping power is 3.5 W and pulse duration is 50 ns. The slope efficiency is as high as 20%. When the input power is 10.8 W, 1.46 W self-Q-switched laser at 1064 nm is obtained. The pulse width keeps nearly constant and pulse repetition rate varies with the variation of the pumping power.
