激光焊接过程实时监测
Real-time In-process Monitoring of Laser Welding
【摘要】 在利用小波变换对拾取的激光焊接等离子体的AE(AcousticEmission)信号进行分析的基础上 ,对小波分解后得到的细节信号作进一步处理。在此基础上提取的曲线很好地反映了激光焊接过程的状态变化 ,能够快速地检测到焊接缺陷 ,这说明应用曲线实现激光焊接质量控制是可行的。
【Abstract】 The AE(acoustic emission) signals emitting from laser welding were sensed with an electrit condenser microphone and analyzed with wavelet analysis to characterize their time frequency distributions. Based on the detail signals which were extracted from AE signals via wavelet analysis, a signal Intensity Moving Average(IMA) curve was defined in this paper. It was shown that the IMA curve of good quality, full penetration welds was different from that of poor quality welds, defined as either welds with misalignment problem or welds having a gap between the sheets being joined. According to the curve which shown to be capable of recognizing the transformation of welding states commendably, defects can be detected quickly and exactly. With the help of IMA curve, it′s possible to realize the process control of laser welding.
