【摘要】 目的 介绍一例双下肢火车辗压伤患儿的治疗。方法 利用一侧无再植条件的废弃足,将其作足皮瓣,应用显微外科技术加以解剖游离,形成一个带血管神经蒂的全足游离皮瓣,然后将皮瓣异位移植到另一侧足部皮肤缺损区。结果 皮瓣成活,保留一侧下肢的完整。结论 解剖废弃肢体,游离出血管神经蒂的皮瓣来修复自体其它部位的皮肤缺损是一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the treatment of the lower limbs crashed by train in a boy.Methods: Whole foot free flaps was harvested with microsurgery technique to cover the defect of other foot skin from one abandon foot of the no replanted condition. Results The free flap survived.One lower limb haded been sav fully.Conclusion "Sparepart"free flaps harvested from the abandon limb for covering the defect skin of other part is an effective method.更多还原
