【摘要】 目的 探索治疗腰椎间盘突出并腰椎管狭窄症的有效方法。方法 手术治疗腰椎间盘突出并腰椎管狭窄症64例。结果 术后获访者56例,平均随访时间3年8个月,优52例,良3例,可1例,治愈率98％,显效率100％。结论 手术治疗腰椎间盘突出并腰椎管狭窄目前是比较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and improve accurate methods of lumbar Disc Hemiation and Lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods 64 cases lumbar disc hemiation and lumbar spinal canal stenosis treated by operation. Results 56 of 64 cases had been followed-up for 3 years and 8 months on average, excellent effect 53 cases, good 3 cases, better 1 cases. The results with excellent and good effect were 98% , noticeable 100% . Conclusion The operation is effective treatment for forth lumbar disc hemiation and Lumbar spinal canal stenosis.更多还原
