【Abstract】 Environmental resources factor has a very close relationship with international competitiveness in terms of comparative advantage, industrial shift and trade barrier. Because of extensive economic growth over time, which results in neglecting the protection of eco-environment and failure to economize resources, the Chinese international competitiveness has been constrained by international environmental criteria, productive process and method.
