【Abstract】 Small-and-medium-sized MNCs are playing an important role in the economic development in all countries of the world, but make an inadequate involvement in the international direct investment. In recent years, foreign direct investment of those companies swells. This essay undertakes an analysis on the motivations and the existing problems in the investment by those MNCs, and puts forward some suggestions in policy-making to attract the investment by those companies.更多还原
