【Abstract】 During breeding season,the female foxes were killed at different time af-ter natural mating to flush the embryos from oviduct and uterus horns. The embryoswere observed under the transparent electronic microscope, and systematic studieswere conducted on ultrastructural changes of organelles, nucleus and so on in the em-bryos during the early development stage, which could provide the scientific basis forembryo engineering in the silver fox.更多还原
