【摘要】 改革开放以来 ,我国农村确实得到很大发展。但是 ,我国农村仍未摆脱落后、贫困的境况。由于对农村改革存在的片面理解 ,使广大农村经济发展多年来徘徊不前 ,农民生活尚未能从根本上得到彻底改善。这期间 ,而实行以集体经济为主体的农村 ,却显示了勃勃生机 ,发展势头强劲。两种生产组织形式形成了鲜明的对比 ,究其原因 ,前者是分田到户 ,放任自流 ,后者则是以集体经济为主体的生产组织形式。不同的生产组织形式 ,其发展的情形炯然不同 ,这给我们留下了一个非常沉重的问号———我国的农村经济究竟应如何发展更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural areas have really been developed greatly since carrying out reforms and opening, but they still haven’t been lifted out of backwardness and poverty in our country. The development of economy in vast rural areas have hesitated to press forward for many years and the peasant lives still haven’t been improved thoroughly and completely because of the one-side understanding of countryside reforms. At the same time, the rural areas, which practice collective economy as a dominant form, have displayed thriving vitality and powerful tendency. These two forms of productive organization have formed a sharp contrast. The reason is that the former is to distribute the lands to families and let things drift, but the latter is to practice the collective economy as a dominant form of productive organization. Conditions of development vary somehow in different forms of productive organization, which leaves us a heavy thought-how to exactly develop the rural economy in our country.更多还原
