【摘要】 :西南地区由于自然环境与西北、内蒙、西藏等地截然不同 ,因此 ,在实施大开发的战略过程中 ,针对生态环境的重建所采取的措施也不同。西南地区生态环境重建中面临的问题主要是植被破坏、水土流失严重、灰岩地区的石漠化及频繁的山地灾害等。针对这些问题 ,应以生态经济学理论为指导开展小流域综合治理 ,采取生物措施为主、工程措施为辅的方法来进行生态环境的治理和重建更多还原

【Abstract】 The natural environment in Southwestern China is very different from that of northwestern China, Inner Mongolia and Tibet. The eco-environment is quite vulnerable and is confronted with serious soil erosion, low-density vegetation, high-frequency of mountain disasters and rocky-desert of Karst mountain areas. In the process of ecological environment rehabilitation, various kinds of steps should be taken, such as, under the guidance of eco-economical principals, biological steps are the main methods to use in the rehabilitation of ecological environment in the small drainage basin.更多还原
