During the process foundation and consolidation of new political power, Zhu Yuanzhang, the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty, paid special attention to the construction and practice of feudal legal. His legal thought formed in the long time political struggle and activities of legal practice. The thought became the guiding ideology in judicature and legislation in early Ming Dynasty.
