溶菌酶的极谱催化氢波研究与应用
Studies and application of polarographic catalytic hydrogen wave of Lysozyme
【摘要】 在0.36mol/LNH4Cl-0.04mol/LNH3H2O(pH8.31)支持电解质中,溶菌酶(LE)产生一个极谱催化氢波,峰电位为-1.80V(vs SCE).该极谱催化氢波二阶导数峰电流与LE浓度在 1.2 × 10-8-5.6 × 10-8mol/L范围内有线性关系.用于鸡蛋清中LE的测定,结果满意.
【Abstract】 In 0. 36mo1/L NH4Cl -0. 04mol/L NH3H2O(pH8. 31) supporting electrolyte, lysozyme(LE) yieded a catalytic hydrogen wave with peak potential of - 1. 80V (vs. SCE) The second - order derivative peak current of the catalytic hydrogen wave was linearly proportional to LE concentration in the range of 1. 2 × 10-8 .- 5. 6 × 10-8 mol /L. The catalytic hydrogen wave was applied to the determination of LE content in egg white, with satisfactory results.
