【摘要】 本文从美国大学生篮球联赛 (简称 NCAA)和中国大学生篮球联赛 (简称 CUBA)的成功举办 ,揭示了高校体育的社会文化内涵。论述了体育不仅是一项运动 ,更是一种艺术 ,一种动感的文化。论文从历史的视角和对中西方体育文化的比较 ,从纵向和横向两个不同的维度 ,论述了高校体育教育的社会文化价值及其与深化体育教育改革 ,全面推进素质教育的内在联系 ,并将体育文化上升到哲学和理论思维的层次更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the success of NCAA of the U.S. and CUBA of China, this paper reveals the social and cultural elements in university physical education and sports programs. It argues that physical education has a great deal to do with art and culture. In this paper, a comparison is made between Western and Chinese physical cultures in a historical perspective. The social and cultural value of university physical education and sports programs is discussed along with their role in the reform of the physical education system and the promotion of quality education.更多还原
