【Abstract】 This essay discusses how the websites of real estate came into being and develop based an the basic conceptions of new economics, and we categorize the websites of real estate into three kinds: real estate professional website; real estate government website; real estate enterprise website. The essay analyses deeply on the problems existing in the current construction of different kinds of real estate websites, and presents normal economic mode followed by meet real estate websites, namely "1+4" mode. This mode clearly gives expression to the relationship of real estate website, government, enterprise, professional and consumer.
