【摘要】 从历史的、发展的观点来看,前苏联的失败,其根本原因是由于在作为指导性的理论思想上,脱离了本国国情,主观臆断,夸张了建设成就,过高评估了社会发展阶段,并据此制定出一系列不切实际的方针政策,从而导致经济的衰败。中苏比较,最大的不同在于改革的政治方向上,中国的改革是在坚持社会主义大方向和坚持共产党领导为前提的弃旧图新,即自我调整与自我完善。本文运用辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义基本原理,从“国情”的视角分析中苏改革的成败,得出结论:苏联解体不是社会主义的失败,社会主义必胜。更多还原

【Abstract】 In history and development viewpoint,former Soviet Union’s reform failed of losing contact with reality and subjective judging and exaggerating building achievement and evaluating highly so-cial development stages.Its economic declined for general and specific polices whose are out of reality.The biggest difference between China reform and Soviet reform lies on the political orienta-tion.Insisting on socialist direction and led by the Communist Party are a prerequisite to the Chi-na’s reform.Then China leaves the reactionary side and crosses over to the side of progress.Utiliz-ing the fundamental principles of dialectical and historical materialism,analyzes the result of re-form between Soviet Union and China from″the national condition″,the paper points out ″Soviet Union breaking″is not Socialism’s defeat.Socialism must victory.更多还原
