威布尔分布的参数估计
Parameter estimation for Weibull distribution
【摘要】 威布尔分布是电工产品可靠性技术中常见的失效分布 .本文利用中位秩及最小二乘法给出了估计威布尔分布参数的一种新方法 ,并结合实例进行了计算
【Abstract】 A new method is presented to estimate the parameters of Weibull distribution by using median rank and the least square method. The calculation is performed regarding to a practical problem.
