【摘要】 目的:对791例产后哺乳妇女进行问卷调查,了解产后月经复潮及避孕措施应用情况,部分进行B超监测排卵,为产后哺乳妇女避孕节育措施的应用提供科学数据。结果:791例妇女采取避孕措施776例,平均为产后5.7±2.6个月开始。给婴儿添加辅食时间平均为4.7±1.3个月,月经复潮时间平均为6.6±3.7个月,月经周期恢复规律时间平均为8.2±4.0个月。产后月经复潮至月经周期规律平均为1.7±1.5个月(n=607);母乳喂养终止时间平均为12.1±2.9个月(n=784,有7例在调查结束前尚未终止哺乳)。通过B超测量发现101例产后哺乳妇女有53例(52.5％)监测到大于1.8cm卵泡,平均在产后154±45天(5.1±1.5个月),产后4个月内B超监测首次排卵为10.9％(11/10),4个月后排卵41.6％(42/101)。产后哺乳妇女给婴儿添加辅食时间与月经复潮时间经相关分析,r=0.4764,呈显著正相关(t=5.1409,P<0.01,n=100),给婴儿添加辅食时间与首次排卵时间经相关分析,r=0.5554,t=5.0565,P<0.01(n=53),也呈正相关关系。结论:给婴儿添加辅食对产后月经复潮及排卵有较大影响,延期母乳喂养是避孕的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the first menses and ovulation in lactating postpartum women and to provide science data for children health and for women’s contraception. Methods : From Jan-uary 1996 to December 1998,one hundred and one postpartum women continuously monitored Ovula-tion by ultrasound, basal body temperature(BBT)and cervical mucus, and 690 subjects were investi-gated in the first menses and the contraceptive conditions. Results: The mean of time of using the birth control method, supplementary food for infant and the first menses was 5.7±2.6months(mean±SD), 4.7±1.3 months and 6.6±3.7 months in 791 lactating postpartum women respectively. There were 53(52. 5% ,53/101) subjects monitored first ovulation(folicle>l.8cm in diameter)by ul-trasound, the mean time of ovulation was 154 days(5.1 months)in postpartum. Follicles in 32 of 53 been monitored ovulation were atrophic, 60.4% of first ovulation had luteal phase defects been de-termined by ultrasound,BBT and cervical mucus. Conclusion; The first menses and first ovulation were influenced by supplementary feeding in lactating postpartum women. It is suitable to start at 60 days postpartum for selecting birth control methods by oneself and practice the measure at 4 months postpartum.更多还原
