【Abstract】 This research is concerned with the biological effects on the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS2.1189 irradiated by CO 2 laser in dfferent irradiation dosages.The results showed that CO 2 laser not only can give rise to physiological stimulating effects on the sprout,the growth and the physiological metabolism of ethanol in the yeast,but also can induce the mutation of the yeast,among which three strains with genetic stability have been screened.更多还原
