【Abstract】 How does the angular error produced by manufacture affect the reflective characteristic of moving angular cone prism?There is no discussing up to now.In this paper,We will prove that the angular error will cause the space position of reflective bean from moving angular cone prism to be changed randomly and the change belong to the high order small quantity,according to the theory of matrix optics.The result is very important for a frequency splitting displacement sensor in which angular cone prism will be used as a moving cavity mirror of He-Ne Laser.更多还原
