【摘要】 目的探讨奥曲肽、垂体后叶素2种药物对治疗食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法奥曲肽、垂体后叶素常规剂量对该病的治疗,观察其24小时止血率和平均止血时间。结果奥曲肽24小时止血率为813%,平均止血时间为58±36小时。垂体后叶素24小时止血率为611%,平均止血时间为127±54小时。结论奥曲肽近期止血效果较确切,疗效明显优于垂体后叶素,而且使用方便,副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Probing into the curative effect of Sandostation and Vasopressin used in curing varix,rupture,bleeding of esophagus and fundus ventriculi.Methods:The normal dosage of Sandostatin and Vasopressin in curing the disease,observe the rate of stopping bleeding in 24 hours and the average time.Results:The rate of Sandostatin in 24 hours is 81.3%and the average time 5.8±3.6 hours.The rate of Vasopressin in 24 hours is 61.1%and the average time 12.7±5.4 hours.Conclusion:The recent stop bleeding effect of Sandostatin is obvious.It’s better than Vasopressin.It’s convenient and has less side effect.更多还原
