【摘要】 目的探讨延迟诊断的医源性输尿管下段损伤病因、治疗。方法通过对11例盆腔手术损伤输尿管下段临床资料进行分析。结果所有病人均获得满意疗效。结论临床上应根据病情采取不同治疗方案方能取得良好的疗效,规范的手术操作是预防此类疾患的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective：To discuss the cause and treatment of low ureter iatrogenic injur ies whose diagnosis were delayed．Methods：To analysize １１clinical data of low ure ter injuried during pelvis cavity op eration．Result：All patients have got the satisfacto ry trcatment effects．Conclusion：Only when doctors adopt corre spondi ng procedure through analysising patientscondition，patients can gain b ettet curative effect．It was suggested th at careful and exact operation be key to precaution of low ureter iatrogen ic injuries．更多还原
