【摘要】 目的对低位和出口产钳助产术适应症及并发症的分析，指导临床正常掌握产钳助产术。方法对我科 1995年 1月至 1999年 12月 5年间的低位和出口产钳术进行回顾性分析。结果低位及出口产钳对母儿损伤与正常产相比无差异 (P > 0. 05)，但新生儿窒息率比较，差异有显著性 (P < 0. 01)。结论低位及出口产钳在助产中有一定地位，只有掌握产钳助产术的适应症及条件，正确操作，才能做好该项产手术，降低并发症及母儿死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To aualysize the indications and complications of low and exit forceps delivery and quild correctiuely to use a obstetrical forceps.Methods:It had reviewed and analysized the patients with low and exit forceps delivery from 1995 to 1999.Results:Injury of low ond exit forceps delivery to a mother or a baby in contrast to normal delivery has not differeme(p<0.05),but the rate of a aew- born baby suppocation between forceps delivery and aormal delivery has obvious difference(P>0.01).Conclusion:We have a good grasp of the indications of low and exit rorceps delivery,in good use,and can decrease the rate of complication and death in low and exit forceps delivery.更多还原
