【摘要】 目的 研究醛氢叶酸、 5-Fu联合化疗方案 (简称 CF组 )与基本化疗方案 (对照组 )的疗效观察。方法 对 37例晚期胃癌联合化疗治疗时，随机分成两组， CF组为醛氢叶酸加 5-Fu静脉给药治疗，对照组为常规化疗方案静脉给药治疗。结果 CF组治疗晚期胃癌的有效率为 65. 0％，对照组治疗晚期胃癌的有效率为 29. 5％ (P < 0. 05)。结论 具有对 5-Fu有增效作用的 CF与 5-Fu的联合化疗方案应用于胃癌治疗，则有可能提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 ： Objective: To stuty the effect of CF and routine chemotherapy in gastric cancer of late period. Methods:Thirty seven cases of patients with gastric cancer of late period were treated by CF(iv).They were randomly divided into two groups:CF group(study group) and routine chemotherapy group(control group).Results:The effeetive rate of CF is 65％ .The effective rate of control group is 29.5％ (P<0.05).
