【摘要】 目的 研究应用微创穿刺抽吸技术治疗不同病因的颅内血肿临床效果。方法 应用颅内血肿穿刺针、针形血肿粉碎器、血块液化技术治疗不同病因引起的颅内血肿 35例，其中高血压脑出血 21例，外伤性脑出血 16例。结果 本组 35例，死亡 2例，均为高血压脑出血，死亡率 5. 7％。出院随访 1～ 6个月，以生活能力 (ADL)分级法： ADL1 15例， ADL2 10例， ADL3 6例， ADL4 2例， ADL5 0例。结论 此方法清除颅内血肿容易学会，具有创伤小，手术时间短，费用低，效果好，是治疗颅内血肿的有效方法，具有很高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical results of treatment different causes of intracrainial hematomas by minimally invasive.Methods:Using special needle and other techniques for breaking and liquefying hematomas,35 cases of intracrainial hematomas with different causes were treated.21 cases of them were hypertensive intracrainial hematomas,14 cases traumatic intracrainial hematomas.Results:Of the 35 cases,2 cases of hypertensive intracrainial hematomas died.The mortality was 5. 7％ .33 cases who were out of hospital were followed up for 1 to 6 months.Graded by ADL:ADL115 cases,ADL210cases,ADL36 cases,ADL42 cases,ADL50 cases.Conclusion:This method is easy to learn.Its merits included point wound without craniotomy,short operation time,low medical cost and satisfactory effect.This method is efficient for intracrainial hematomas,with very high value on clinical application.更多还原
