Cr,Nd∶YAG晶体获得自调Q单纵模激光输出
Self-Q-switched Cr,Nd∶YAG laser with single-longitudinal-mode output
【摘要】 用钛宝石激光器泵浦单块Cr4 +,Nd3+∶YAG晶体获得了 1.0 64μm的自调Q激光输出。激光输出的模式是稳定的单纵模 ,泵浦的阈值功率为 90mW ,脉冲宽度 (FWHM)为 12ns ,斜率效率高达 2 2 %。这种把激光增益介质和可饱和吸收体结合到一起的自调Q激光晶体的研究将有利于固体激光器的全固化、集成化和实用化
【Abstract】 With Ti∶sapphire laser pumping Cr 4+ ,Nd 3+ ∶YAG monolithic crystal,the self Q switched laser output is obtained with wavelength of 1.064μm,pulse with of 12ns.The laser output is highly stable single longitudinal mode,the pumping threshold power is 90mW and the slope efficiency is up to 22%.The use of laser host crystal co doped with saturable absorber and laser gain medium can lead to the development of monolithic self Q switched solid state lasers.
