【Abstract】 Readout integrated circuit (ROIC) technology is one of the critical technologies in the research of infrared focal plane array (IRF PA). The authors developed a system for measuring parameters of ROIC for IRFPA b ased on Virtual Instruments. With high reliability and precision, integrated sof tware & hardware environment, the system can test all kinds of ROICs.更多还原
