【Abstract】 At present stage,the main reasons that have hindered greatly the establishment and operation of the state-owned enterprise legal person administrative mechanism are as follows:non-separation of administrative interference and enterprise operation;reformation instead of transformation;overlapping of executive powers and thus restraint between one and another within the enterprise;runaway of the stuff members;lack of an effective manager promotion and competition mechanism.The state-owned enterprise legal person administralive mechanism may be improved in condition of keeping proprietors in their places;fulfilling of commitments by the board of directors;the supervisation of directors over the senior managers;a restriction and competition mechanism for the managers.更多还原
