【摘要】 联合国程序并不是解决争端的唯一形式。在联合国之外 ,许多区域性国际组织对解决争端正在日益发挥着不容忽视的作用。区域性国际组织解决争端的方式总的说来包括两大类 :一是和平解决 ,二是运用武力。从国际关系实践来看 ,区域性国际组织解决争端尤其是武力手段的运用还存在着较多问题。只有解决这些问题 ,才能发挥区域性国际组织在维护国际和平方面的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The intervention of the United Nations is not the only form of solving disputes. Besides the UN,many regional international organizations are playing more and more important roles in solving disputes. Generally speaking, solving disputes by regional international organizations include two forms: peaceful form and the use of force. In the practice of international relations, the use of force has lots of problems. Only by solving these problems can the regional international organizations play better roles in solving disputes.更多还原
