【摘要】 目的　探讨硝苯地平控释片对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗作用。方法　对 134例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机单盲分为常规治疗 (对照组 )及常规 +硝苯地平控释片治疗 (治疗组 )组。分别于治疗后 1、2周根据心绞痛分级变化及心电图改善情况评价治疗效果。结果　治疗组 1周显效率为 41.5 % ,总有效率为 70 .8% ,2周总有效率 93.8% ,高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;2周显效率81.5 % ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。住院观察 6周 ,心肌梗死发生率 1.5 % ,对照组 7.3% (P >0 .0 5 ) ;死亡率治疗组 3.1% ,对照组 5 .8% (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论　硝苯地平控释片与常规药物并用治疗不稳定型心绞痛 ,能迅速控制症状 ,对降低心肌梗死发生及死亡率可能有益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To assess the efficacy of nifedipine gastrointestinal therapeutic system (nifedipine GITS) combination with conventional treatment in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 134 consecutive patients with unstable angina admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups i.e.control group (conventional treatment n=69) and treatment group (nifedipine GITS 30mg qd plus conventional medicine,n=65).According to the change of angina pectoris grade and the improvement of electrocardiogram,the efficacy was assessed a week and two weeks after treatment.Results The results showed that prominent effect rate and overall effect rate were 41.5% and 70.8% in the first week,81.5% and 93.8% in the second week for the treatment group respectively(P<0.05 and 0.01,vs control).The incidence of acute myocardial infarction was 1.5% in the treastment group and 7.3% in the control group during 6 weeks hospitalization (P>0.05),as well the mortality rate were 3.1% and 5.8%,respectively(P>0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction reported during nifedipine GITS administration.Conclusion Nifedipine GITS in combination with conventional medicine could control the symptoms of unstable angina quickly and may be useful to the reduction of attack and mortality rate of myocardium.更多还原
