【摘要】 目的　观察复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死病人的疗效。方法　将 70例脑梗死患者随机分成 2组 ,一组用常规综合疗法 ,另一组在此基础上加用复方丹参滴丸 ,10粒 ,q8h ,口服或含服。结果　治疗 4周后 ,复方丹参滴丸组总有效率 91.5 % ,单纯综合治疗组总有效率为 73.7%。疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死疗效好 ,未引起不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To observe the curative effect of compound Tanshinon Dropping Pills on the Cerebral Embolism.Method 70 patients were divided into therapeutic group and control group.The control group was treated according the original plan.The therapeutic group was treated with the method based on the original treatment plan adding compound Tanshinon Dropping pills.in a dose of 10 pills tid for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rates were 91.50% for the therapeutic group and 73.70% for the control group.There was significant difference in two groups.Conclusion Compound Tanshinon Dropping Pills has curative effects on cerebral Embolism.更多还原
