遥控工程机械液压系统设计方法研究

【摘要】 遥控工程机械的应用将会越来越多 ,本文阐述了遥控液压工程机械的基本原理 ,根据液压工程机械的结构特点 ,提出了在同一台车辆上 ,既能满足遥控又能满足手控的液压回路 ,以及采用开关量或比例量控制行驶和工作装置的液压系统设计方法。并分析各种系统的优缺点和实现计算机控制的可能性

【Abstract】 It will be more and more applications of remote controlled construction machines, the main principle of remote controlled hydraulic construction machines was introduced in this paper. On the basis of the structure characteristic of the construction machines, we present a hydraulic circuit which could be not only suit for handle operation but also for remote operation in the same vehicle, and the hydraulic system design methods was also introduced that the switch control and the proportion control used for the steering devices and the working devices of the machines. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic system was analyzed and the probability of implementing the hydraulic circuit control by a computer was also discussed.
