曲柄连杆机构运动过程动画VB编程的实现
The VB cartoon realization of the moving process of crank link mechanism
【摘要】 在分析了对机械压力机PLC控制过程进行计算机模拟必要性的基础上 ,明确指出在微机界面上实现机械压力机曲柄连杆滑块机构运动过程动画的重要性。进一步在对机械压力机曲柄连杆滑块机构的运动及动力的理论分析基础上 ,使用VB编程 ,得到了曲柄连杆滑块机构在运动过程中各个构件空间位置的确定方法 ,研究了滑块位移、速度、加速度、转矩和曲柄转角之间的变化关系曲线的动画在微机界面上的实现方法。对机械压力机常用的四个操作规范的实现方法及其相关按钮在微机界面上的布置方法也进行了深入的研究
【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the necessity of the simulation of the process of PLC control to mechanical press,the essentiality of the realization the cartoon of the moving process of crank link slide mechanism on microcomputer display unit is explicitly pointed out. Furthermore, in the light of the theoretically analyzing characteristics of the kinematics and the dynamics of crank link slide mechanism, programming with VB, it’s studied how to figure out the space position for all components of crank link slide mechanism, and how to realize the cartoon of the variety function curves between the slide displacement, velocity, acceleration, torque of the crank and the corner of crank on microcomputer display unit, and how to realize the four operation criterions and how to dispose the relative buttons on the microcomputer interface.
