【Abstract】 Expert system and artificial neural net work are main ways of intelligent diagnosis for hydraulics failures. The developing direction of intelligent diagnosis are the performance improvement and increasing learning abilities, combination, developing intelligent fault-tolerant system, more utilities etc. The artificial intelligence will combine with advantaged information technology closely, and result in the progress of intelligent diagnosis.
