大鼠动情周期及妊娠期卵巢c-myb表达的变化
Expression of c-myb in various functional states of rat ovaries
【摘要】 观察大鼠卵巢于不同的功能阶段时c myb表达的变化以及与血清E2 和P含量变化的相关关系。结果 :未成年大鼠用激素促卵泡发育至窦前期时卵巢中未发现有c myb的表达 ,促卵泡发育至排卵前期时卵巢的间质腺和基质中出现c myb染色阳性颗粒 ,形成的早期黄体化卵巢在黄体细胞和基质中有表达且表达的范围和强度升高 ,而形成的晚期黄体化卵巢c myb表达下降 ,这种变化与血清E2 和P含量的变化呈明显的正相关关系 ;成年大鼠c myb的表达范围和表达强度于动情前期和妊娠期卵巢较大 ,动情期和动情间期卵巢较低 ,这种变化也与血清E2 和P含量的变化呈明显的正相关关系。提示 ,c myb存在于大鼠卵巢中并与卵巢的功能密切相关
【Abstract】 The expression of c myb in various functional states of rat ovaries and its relationship with the levels of serum estrodial and progesterone were studied . The results showed that : (1) in the immature rats , c myb expression was not found in the ovaries containing preantral follicles from DES treated rats, but was found in interstitial gland and stroma of the ovaries containing preovulatory follicles from PMSG treated rats. The expression was higher in day 4 luteinized ovaries and lower in day 9 luteinized ovaries from PMSG with hCG treated rats, there was a positive correlation between the area and desinity of c myb expression and the levels of serum E 2 and P . (2) In the mature rats, c myb expression was found higher in interstitial gland and stroma of proestrous ovaries and lower in estrous ovaries, and was found higher in luteal cells and stroma of pregant ovaries and lower in diestrous ovaries; there was also a positive correlation between the area and desinity of c myb expression and the levels of serum E 2 and P . The results suggested that c myb existed in rat ovaries and may play important role in follicle development, ovulation, luteum formation and regression.
