谷氨酸脱羧酶在胰岛细胞抗体检测中的意义
Significance of glutamic acid decarboxylase in islet cell antibody assay
【摘要】 近年发现胰岛细胞抗体 (ICA)存在异质性。谷氨酸脱羧酶 (GAD)抑制试验可以将其划分为三种亚型 :完全抑制 ,完全未抑制及部分抑制。对 31例ICA、GAD双阳性的病人进行GAD抑制试验。 3/ 18例 1型糖尿病、2 / 9例LADA、 4/ 4例非 1型糖尿病 (2型糖尿病 2例、Graves病 1例 ,多腺体自身免疫综合征 1例 )GAD抑制试验阳性。 1型糖尿病组 (急性发病 1型糖尿病和LADA)ICA活性多不被GAD抑制 ,非 1型糖尿病组中ICA被GAD抑制 ,P <0 0 5。GAD抑制试验可列为ICA检测的伴随项目。
【Abstract】 Heterogeneity of ICA had been confirmed by extensive studies According to the GAD inhibition test , ICA was classified into three subtypes: totally inhibited, non inhibited and partially inhibited Among 31 ICA and GADA positive patients, reactivity of ICA in 3/18 type 1 DM, 2/9 LADA, 4/4 (2 type 2 DM, 1 Graves’ disease, 1 PAS) was inhibited by GAD, P<0 05 GAD non inhibited ICA was associated with type 1 DM The GAD inhibition test might be recommended as routine test in ICA assay
