杜长梅与杜长大杂交组合生产性能与胴体品质的研究

Study on the Productivity and the Carcass Quality of Crossbreeding Combinations of the Duroc × Landrace × Mei San Pig and the Duroc× Landrace × Large Yorkshire

【摘要】 测定杜长梅和杜长大杂交组合的繁殖、肥育性能、胴体品质与肉质。测定猪数两个组合分别为 5 2头和 93头母猪及其年产全部后代 (总计 40 2 6头 )。结果表明仔猪 2 8日龄断乳 ,年产均达 2 .43胎。杜长梅组合每胎产仔 1 3.89头 ,60日龄育成 1 3.2头 ,窝重 2 4 4 .2 kg,年育成仔猪 32头 ;杜长大组合相应为 1 1 .2 6头、1 0 .4头、2 1 2 kg和 2 5 .4头。杜长梅杂种猪 ( 2 0~ 90 kg)肥育期日增重 75 2 .7g,料重比 3.1 0 ( 39.5 5 MJ) ,初生~ 90 kg饲养期仅 1 5 7d;杜长大杂种猪相应 781 .2 g、2 .77( 35 .34MJ)、1 49.6d。杜长梅杂种猪瘦肉率为 5 8.79% ,肉色 2 .8分、p H6.6、失水率 6.4% ;杜长杂种猪相应为 65 .4%、2 .5分、6.38和 1 2 .7%。

【Abstract】 Reproductivity, fattening performance, Carcass quality and meat quality of the crossbreeding combinations of the Duroc×Landrace×Mei San pig (D×L×M) and the Duroc×Landrace×Large yorkphire (D×L×L) were determined in this study. The mumber of determined pigs in the two combindtions were 52 Sows and 93 Sows respectively and all the offsprings born in a year (tolal 4026). The results showed that the piglets weaned at 28 days and both combinations reached 2.43 litters/year; Litter size, survived pigs at 60 days, Litler weight and total number of survived pigs in whole year in the D×L×M were 13.89, 13.2, 244.2 kg, and 32 respectively and were 11.26, 10.4, 212 kg and 25.4 in the D×L×L correspondently; daily gain during fallening, ratio of feeds/weight, feeding duration form birth to 90 kg were 752.7 g, 3.10(39.55 MJ) and 157 days in the D×L×M(20~90 kg) respectively and were 781.2 g, 2.77(35.34 MJ) and 149.6 days in the D×L×M correspondently; the rate of Lean meat, meat colour, pH, rate of water loss were 58.79%, 2.8, 6.6 and 6.4% in the D×L×M respectively and were 65.4%, 2.5, 6.38 and 12.7% in the D×L×L correspondently.\;
