【Abstract】 State owned economy occupies an important place in the national economy. How to give full play of state-owned economy? Under the prerequisite that state-owned economy controls major industry that is relate to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, state-owned shares should be reduced from competitive industry. It is becoming an important task with great significance for Chinese reform and opening outside and fast developing of economy that state-owned economy fades out and quit from competitive industry.
