【Abstract】 According to the experimental research and theoretical analysis, the basis strength values for concrete block masonry of all kinds of concrete infill ratio are put forward. The calculating method of the shear bearing capacity of oblique section is also established, which can represent the behavior of reinforced concrete masonry shear wall. Based on the reliability analysis, the reliability index is satisfactory with the allowable value of reliability index for brittle failure.
