【Abstract】 For an high rise residential building, the height,ratio of height to width,the type of structure and the floor slab design are introduced . The performance of the building is complex, and is difficult to design. The designing of pile\|raft,analysis of the upper structure’s dynamic properties, adjustment of the structural stiffness, the designing of comfortability under wind action etc. are described.
